The Vosges toffee bunny might be the cutest chocolate ever. He’s made of milk chocolate, butter toffee, and a touch of pink Himalayan salt. Yum.
Have you checked out Eno? Jim and I had our first visit to this wine bar when we were in southern California. We were delighted to find out that there are Eno bars all over the country. It is definitely worth pursuing. Great to go alone, as a twosome, or in a group.
As if their flavor-rich menus weren’t intoxicating enough, Eno boasts a warm, approachable staff committed to your education in wine, cheese, and chocolate. They provide personalized attention uncommon at conventional wine bars. Whether you’re a novice or long-time aficionado, you’ll gain new insight into gourmet delights. Eno’s wine tasting rooms feature lighted tables with names of varietals etched into them … allowing Eno sommeliers to stand in front of you and recommend and explain pairings based on specific tastes, moods, and preferences. You may also enroll in Eno-Versity classes, which cover the histories, varieties, and pairings of wine, cheese, and chocolate.
